1. Registration Security: Your spots and registration are NOT secured until you pay the reunion registration fees. Submitting this form only logs your intent to attend.
2. Payments & Refunds: You may pay the registration fee in full or via installments. However, ALL registration fees must be concluded by March 31, 2027. All deposits and payments are 100% refundable until January 31, 2027. After January 31, 2027, all payments become strictly non-refundable as they are committed to local vendors and charters.
3. Exclusions: International flights and hotel accommodations are NOT included in the ground package and must be booked independently by the attendee.
4. Visas: Attendees are strictly responsible for obtaining necessary Turkish E-Visas or Sticker Visas prior to departure. The committee is not liable for denied entry.
5. Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, flight delays, and trip cancellation) is highly recommended and is NOT included in the package price.

Ensure your flights arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST) on the European side. Do not fly into Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) on the Asian side, as the traffic transfer to the Swissôtel can take over 2 hours.
July in Istanbul is hot and sunny (average 85°F / 29°C). Pack light, breathable clothing. Modest dress (covering shoulders/knees) is required only when entering historical mosques.
